I went out on a sunny thursday morning to the golf course near my house. I chose this location becuase it is very open with a few trees around to use as scenery. The area is also very quite and there is the field behind the actual golf course which I used to film on because it just looks more professional. I spent a good 4 hours recording different shots and angles of my actress in the same clothing. I filmed short clips of her moving around then long clips of her lip syncing to the entire song so then I can cut bits I want to use. I feel this session was useful and I got some good filming done as well as some good pictures as these could be used for CD case covers or poster advertisements. For this recording session I dressed my actress in tartan trousers, a black crossed crop top, black chunky boots, a leather jacket and I did her make up naturally and her hair lightly curled, I also asked my actress to wear a variety of jewellery. The only prop I used was a drum of which I placed gold stars on top of so that when my actress hit the drum the stars would fly off and give a good effect. Below is print screen to show all the recording I did in my first session. I filmed 32 videos which should be more than enough for one session of filming.
Here are the pictures of which I took of my model. The camera I used is a canon 1100D and a 300mm zoom lens, I think the mix of the camera and lens gives a great focus and quality of picture.

Good Emily, well done for posting printscreen shots - now I need to see you beginning to put them all together and uploading continually i.e first 30seconds of video, then add some etc. Remember how important colour and editing is - also make sure you start working on your ancillary tasks as well.
