I went out on a sunny thursday morning to the golf course near my house. I chose this location becuase it is very open with a few trees around to use as scenery. The area is also very quite and there is the field behind the actual golf course which I used to film on because it just looks more professional. I spent a good 4 hours recording different shots and angles of my actress in the same clothing. I filmed short clips of her moving around then long clips of her lip syncing to the entire song so then I can cut bits I want to use. I feel this session was useful and I got some good filming done as well as some good pictures as these could be used for CD case covers or poster advertisements. For this recording session I dressed my actress in tartan trousers, a black crossed crop top, black chunky boots, a leather jacket and I did her make up naturally and her hair lightly curled, I also asked my actress to wear a variety of jewellery. The only prop I used was a drum of which I placed gold stars on top of so that when my actress hit the drum the stars would fly off and give a good effect. Below is print screen to show all the recording I did in my first session. I filmed 32 videos which should be more than enough for one session of filming.
Here are the pictures of which I took of my model. The camera I used is a canon 1100D and a 300mm zoom lens, I think the mix of the camera and lens gives a great focus and quality of picture.

Camera Planning
When I shoot my music video I will be using an DSLR Canon camera 1100D. This is a good standard camera which has a great quality. I will also be attaching a lens to make my camera quality even better and gicing me the flawless filming look which music videos have. Also with my camera I will be using a tripod but not all the time because it is hard to do moving shots with a tripod as it doesnt move very smoothly because it isnt a great make. This will help me get steady shots of my actress for my video adding to the proffessional look I want to achieve. Lastly, I am going to need more than one memory card as filming takes up a lot of space and I do not want to run out of space for filming.
